HGO-LTE-W - a handy IoT combo antenna for both LTE and LoRa® frequencies.

No need to buy several antennas for your Internet-of-things setups – just grab the new HGO-LTE-W antenna that can handle an impressive frequency spectrum: 699MHz – 3,8GHz. That’s right – you can use the same antenna for LTE, CAT-M/NB and LoRa® connectivity.

This antenna will transmit whichever signal your modem provides. For example, if you are using our KNOT LR8/LR9 kit, you can use this powerful 1.5 – 4 dBi antenna to communicate with all your 868 MHz devices and then send the data to the cloud via LTE.

DIMENSIONS

The 6dBi Optimised Helium Antenna offers +7% forward Power Transmission compared to alternative non optimised VSWR Antenna designs. 

It is a solid solution that provides extra power and coverage for Helium outdoor base stations. The antenna has an average gain of 6dBi, length 54cm, frequency range 868-880MHz and comes complete with hardware for pole and wall mounting. 

Antenna has a built-in bandpass filter that works without attenuation in the working band of the antenna and is characterized by attenuation for other frequencies. The filter, located in the antenna radiator, is a 1/4 wavelength segment shorted to the ground at 868 MHz, and a resonant slit in the socket module. Frequencies different from the antenna operating frequency are discharged to the ground. The filter attenuates unwanted signals by a few dB. It is a specialized narrowband antenna operating in a dedicated band (EU868), which allows to obtain a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and maintain high sensitivity of the receiver in the device. In the construction of the heat sink, we do not use LC matching circuits (capacitance-inductance correlation) that allow for "artificial" antenna impedance adjustment and lowering the VSWR coefficient. This causes an increase in induction or capacitance, which results in "blurring" of digital signals and has a negative effect on the bit / Hz encoding and the error rate (BER). Our antenna works "clean, resistive" and has a very low self-noise figure and an excellent bit / Hz encoding ratio. The antenna housing is grounded, which protects it against electrostatic discharge(electric charges appearing on the antenna are discharged to ground). For proper operation, the mast and antenna must be grounded to the existing lightning protection system.

The unique 8.0 dBi Tuned Directional Antenna is both directional and has the additional significant advantage that it can be tilted or moved in the Azimuth direction – unlike all other Omni Directional Antennas.Omni directional Antennas radiate 360 degrees – this unique flat panel Antenna design is radically different in that it takes all of the radiated energy which usually would be transmitted behind and to the side of the Antenna and focuses all of this RF energy into the forward direction only –in one very wide and high beam – typically 70 degrees in Azimuth and Elevation. 

Typical applications:

• Where it’s desired to steer /direct the Radiated beam into a large or difficult to reach target area. This is achieved by utilising the unique feature of this Antenna design of being able to tilt or move in the Antenna utilising it’s tillable and rotatable Antenna Mount (supplied) to focus the      large beam exactly in the direction required.
• Ideal for mounting on high up Balconies or Tower Blocks where Antennas are blocked from radiating in the rearwards direction.
• Installations located on the coast where transmission to the antenna rear is not required/desired.
• Installations located immediately in front of large hills or building where rear radiation is blocked and therefore not required.
• The flat panel sector Antenna is small ,lightweight and unobtrusive and white in Colour.

Classic MikroTik GESP surge protector and a brand new device – the GESP+POE-IN, a passive PoE injector with surge protection. Together these two devices offer maximum security and peace of mind.
Here’s what a typical use-case would be like. You have a mast with some antennas. And some switches on the ground. Put the GESP surge protector up there. It comes sealed inside a new and improved IP67 weatherproof enclosure. Your antennas are now safe during a lightning storm. Now add the GESP+POE-IN injector below the mast - to protect the switches and to power the antennas.
Don’t forget about the grounding wire! Secure it to the rackmount, mast, or any other structure that is connected to the ground. For maximum protection, you should use a surge protector on both ends of long cables. These small devices can make all the difference when it comes to lightning strikes or static build-up. The GESP units can usually absorb multiple impacts, but make sure to check their condition after each surge. For attachment of GESP units, we recommend using PVC zip ties. Just don’t make it too tight.You know what they say – hope for the best, prepare for the worst. TG-BT5-OUT : the heavy-duty tag for industrial challenges

This version of our BLE tags comes completely sealed, cast in industrial-grade molds to give it a solid IP69k ingress protection rating. In other words, this tag is dust-tight – nothing gets in, and it is fully protected against close-range high-pressure, high-temperature spray downs. Perfect for industrial telemetry systems or to track all kinds of heavy equipment and materials at a construction site.

Like the indoor version, this tag also supports iBeacon, Eddystone, and MikroTik telemetry formats. There is an NFC encoded MAC address and optional encryption. Unlike the indoor version, the outdoor tag comes with a built-in temperature sensor that can be used for condition monitoring. The ±0.5°C precision can be very useful in cold supply chain logistics.

TG-BT5-OUT features an improved 550 mAH battery that will last around five years (with a sending interval of 1s). It is suitable for strapping to all kinds of surfaces, and it can handle a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C.
